Canada Passport Submission: How to Submit Your Documents
It's important to take note of the following information before booking an appointment:
- Your passport submission letter is valid for 30 days.
- Passport submission appointments are free of cost. Beware of anyone who asks for payments for booking an appointment slot.
- Please be very careful while uploading your details in the web form. Your appointment;
- date and time will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- is non-transferable, and information once updated cannot be changed.
- may not be entertained if the appointment letter details do not match the passport submission letter issued by IRCC.
- A passport submission letter once used to book an appointment cannot be reused.
- In case you are unable to attend your passport submission appointment at the allotted date and time, you will be blocked from requesting an appointment for 3 calendar days. After 3 calendar days, you may raise a new request which will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Owing to the high demand in India, the following requests are currently not available:
- Request for earlier appointment dates.
- Request for rescheduling of the appointment.
- Request for cancellation of appointments.
- Appointment letters will be sent from an email ID with the domain name @vfshelpline.com.
- Individual appointments should be booked for each family member in all categories.
- Each applicant who requests an appointment will get a separate email with appointment details.
