If you want extra-special service at the Visa Application Centre, you can buy access to our Premium Lounge. You can buy it when you visit our center, just tell a staff member.

Here's what you get with this service:

1. You can go straight to a special counter where our staff will check your documents and take payment all in one place.
2. A dedicated team member will help you during the submission process.
3. You can make photocopies, print documents, and take photographs.
4. You can submit any missing documents before 4:00 PM on the same day.

But remember, using this service doesn't guarantee you'll get a visa, and it doesn't make your visa application faster. It also doesn't change the standard service.

Form Filling

You don't have to use our form filling service, and it doesn't cost anything. We still provide general help and information for free. Using the form filling service doesn't make your application complete or affect the decision on your application. We can't guarantee the outcome of your visa application.
