After your visa application is processed, you can either collect your documents/passport in person from the Visa Application Centre or opt for them to be returned to you by courier, depending on your chosen delivery method during the application.
Collecting your documents in person: You’ll need to bring the original receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre and a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID for all applicants and the receiver.
If allowed, you can send a representative to collect your documents. They must present a letter of authorization signed by you, along with the original receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre and copies of valid government-issued photo IDs for all applicants and the receiver.
Lost receipt procedure: If you lose your original receipt, you must personally visit the centre to collect your passport from the counter.
