Courier Fees

It's a safe, fast, and convenient way to receive your documents, without the need for multiple visits to the Visa Application Centre. You'll save time and travel costs with this service.

Courier Assurance
This additional service offers applicants an option to get extra compensation in case of loss or damage during document transportation. It is an optional add-on to the return courier service. Please note that there are certain disclaimers that applicants need to be aware of before availing of this service.

Form Filling
This service is designed to assist visa applicants in completing their application forms correctly and efficiently. The service is particularly useful for first-time applicants or those who are unfamiliar with the application process. Our team will provide guidance throughout the process and assist in filling out the application form, ensuring that all necessary information is provided accurately. Please note that our team cannot answer questions on behalf of the applicant or fill in answers based on assumptions.

Premium Lounge
The Premium Lounge service provides a more exclusive and personalized experience at the Visa Application Centre. You can purchase this service to access a dedicated counter where our staff will verify your documents, assist with the submission process, and take payment in a single location. Additionally, you will have access to cold and hot beverages, photocopy and printing services. It is important to note that using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the approval of your visa application or faster processing times.

SMS
Stay informed about the progress of your visa application with our SMS update service. You will receive automated messages to your mobile phone at important stages of the application process, so you can stay up-to-date and avoid unnecessary stress.

The Walk-In without an Appointment service allows applicants to submit their visa application without a prior appointment during business hours. However, the availability of this service is subject to the capacity and slot availability at the Visa Application Centre. Please note that approval from the Consulate is required for walk-in applicants.
