Once your visa request is decided, an automated email is sent to your registered email account, containing also details regarding collection of your passport. You may collect your passport personally or you can authorize someone else to do it for you.

You have to provide the original receipt and photocopy of passport; authorized ones should add authorization letter form, own passport/aadhaar card (original and photocopy).
