In our Premium Lounge service, we offer exclusive benefits tailored just for you:
- Dedicated assistance provided by our staff exclusively assigned to your service.
- Expedited application processing at our Turkey Visa Application Center and at the Embassy/Consulate.
- Regular SMS updates at each stage of your application’s status.
- Complimentary photocopying and printing services for your application.
- Complimentary tea, coffee, cold beverages, and snacks.
Please note that the fee for the Premium Lounge service is not included in the application service fee. If you opt for the Premium Lounge service, you will receive SMS updates, courier service, photocopying, printing, and photography services free of charge.
Important Information: Applicants with travel dates earlier than the visa processing time can only avail of the Premium Lounge service for expedited processing. Please consult our website for visa processing times specific to your jurisdiction.
SMS Service
You have the option to subscribe to our SMS service when applying for your visa at our visa application center. It’s important to ensure that the phone number you provide for receiving SMS notifications is accurate and up to date.
Photocopy & Document Printout
You have the convenience of completing all photocopying and document printing required for your application at the Türkiye Visa Application Centers.
Biometric Photography Service
You can have the biometric photographs required for your application taken at any of our offices.
Courier
We offer you two convenient choices. You can opt for either our standard courier service or our assurance courier service. With our assurance courier system, your passport is protected against any potential damage or loss.

Courier Insurance
This is an optional supplementary insurance that you can acquire along with the courier service, providing coverage for your documents up to an enhanced compensation limit of 500 USD.
Moreover, our Premium Courier Service provides applicants with an extra fixed lump sum of 500 USD to address any additional expenses resulting from damage or loss during document transportation.
The payment of 500 USD will be disbursed upon confirmation of document loss or damage, without requiring proof of other losses.
Hold At Location
You have the flexibility to select this service either during the application submission or after submission. This service allows you to receive your passport from a different Visa Application Centre.
