Certain criteria must be met to apply for a Multiple Entry Visa. Therefore, your documents will be thoroughly reviewed and verified by our visa officers to determine your eligibility for a Multiple Entry Türkiye Visa.

Important Note 2

A portion of the total Turkey Visa fee (INR 6,814) will be collected online when you book your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at our office.

For instance, if you are applying for a 3-month Türkiye visa, INR 6,814 will be charged online during the appointment booking. The remaining amount, INR 10,556 (17,370 - 6,814), will need to be paid in cash at our office.

Step-by-step guide(In Person)

Let us walk you through the process

  • There are different types of Turkish visas, depending on the purpose of your visit. You can find a list of visa types and their requirements on the website of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • When you're ready, you can download, fill, print, and bring the visa application form and documents to the Visa Application Centre.

  • Once you have started your application, you will need to book an appointment at a VAC. You can do this online or by calling the VAC.

  • You will need to pay the visa fee and the VAC service fee before you attend your appointment. You can pay online or at the VAC.

  • On the day of your appointment, you will need to visit the VAC with your passport, application form, and supporting documents. You will also need to provide your biometric data (fingerprints and photo).

  • You'll get an email notification when your decision is ready at the Visa Application Centre. If you prefer SMS updates or don't have easy email access, see if this option is offered at the Centre you're visiting.
  • You can also track your visa application online using the Reference Number from your invoice/receipt and your last name.

  • Once your visa has been approved, you can collect your passport from the VAC.

  • Click on the "Apply Now" button:

    • On the website's homepage, you will find an "Apply Now" button. Click on it to start your visa application.
  • Create an account:

    • You will need to create an account on the e-Visa portal. Provide your email address and create a password to register.
  • Fill out the online application form:

    • Once you have registered and logged in, you can fill out the online visa application form. The form will require you to provide personal information, passport details, travel dates, and other relevant details. Make sure to double-check all the information for accuracy.
  • Upload scanned copies of your passport and photo:

    • You will be asked to upload scanned copies of your passport's biographical page and a recent passport-sized photograph. Ensure that these documents meet the specified requirements in terms of size and format.
  • Pay the visa fee:

    • You can pay the visa fee online using a credit or debit card. The fee amount may vary depending on your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for. Be sure to complete the payment process.
  • Upload Required Documents:

    • As part of your visa application, you'll be asked to upload specific documents. Commonly required documents include your passport, a visa support document (invitation), and proof of travel insurance. Make sure that the documents meet the specified criteria and are clear and legible.
  • Pay the Visa Fee:

    • The visa application process usually involves a fee. You will be guided through the payment process on the website. Follow the instructions to make the required payment using the accepted payment methods.
  • Review and submit your application:

    • Before finalizing your application, review all the information you've provided to ensure it is accurate. Once you are satisfied with your application, submit it.
  • Receive your e-Visa:

    • After your application is processed and approved, you will receive your Turkish e-Visa electronically via email. Make sure to print a copy of the e-Visa or have it available on your mobile device to show to immigration officials upon arrival in Turkey.

Please remember that e-visas are valid for tourism or business travel only. If you plan to visit for other reasons, like work or study, you’ll need to obtain a visa from Turkish Embassies or Consulates.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

Here is a complete list of documents you’ll need when applying for a Short Term Visa to visit Turkiye for various purposes, such as holidays, visiting friends/family, attending a wedding, and more.

  1. Visa application form:Fill out the form with a blue or black pen and attach a signed photograph.
  2. Passport:Your passport must be less than 10 years old and valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay in Turkey. It must also have at least two blank pages.
  3. Passport-sized photos:Provide two recent passport-sized photos (2.5 inches x 2.5 inches) with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.
  4. Leave letter/covering letter:If you are employed, include a leave letter from your employer. If you are self-employed, include a covering letter on your business letterhead, signed by an authorized person and including their name, job title, and company seal.
  5. Travel insurance:Purchase travel insurance when you submit your application at the Türkiye Visa Application Centers.
  6. Flight reservation:Show proof of a confirmed round-trip flight reservation.
  7. Hotel reservation:Provide evidence of your hotel reservation.
  8. Bank statements:For employers, submit your company’s original bank statements for the last three months, either in the original or copies attested by the bank. The same applies to personal bank statements.
  9. Salary slips/Form 16:For employees, include your salary slips/certificates for the last three months and Form 16. Employers should also provide their GST details.
  10. Financial support letter:If you don’t have enough funds or a bank account, you need a notarized financial support letter from your sponsor (except for spouses, parents, and children).
  11. Consent letter:Minors must have a consent letter from both parents, even if they are traveling with both parents. The consent letter should be on stamp paper and include photos of the parents and the minor, and it must be notarized.
  12. Invitation letter:If you are visiting a Turkish citizen or a foreigner living in Turkey, provide an invitation letter. Include your passport number and full name in the letter, along with a copy of the inviter’s identity card and bank account details.
  13. Marriage certificate:If your passport doesn’t indicate your marital status, submit your Marriage Certificate or an Affidavit attested by a Notary Public.
  14. Letter of attorney:If an agent is applying on your behalf, provide the original letter of attorney from each applicant.
  15. Passport copies:Attach copies of the first and last pages of your passport.
  16. Tour itinerary:Optionally, include a tour itinerary with your application.

  • Ensure your documents are complete and up-to-date for your Turkey visa application. Incomplete submissions may result in rejection.
  • The Turkish Embassy in New Delhi may request additional documents. Meeting document requirements doesn’t guarantee visa approval, and the Embassy can reject applications without explanation or refunds.
  • Each person, including family or group members, needs separate forms and documents.
  • This info is a general guide, and visa processing takes at least 4 working days.
  • If you’re traveling with a family member or friend who has an E-Visa for Turkey, please give us a copy of their E-Visa.
  • Applicants can apply for a Turkey visa up to 60 days before their travel dates.

Anyone 18 or older must fill out and sign the undertaking letter. They should also bring the original letter with their visa application documents.

There are two ways to apply for a Turkish visa: you can either apply for an e-visa online or submit your application in person at the visa application center:

 

VISA APPLICATION GUIDELINES (In person at VAC):

The process for applying for Turkish visitor visa from India typically involves the following steps:

  1. Determine the Type of Visa: First, you need to determine the type of visa you require. In most cases, if you are an Indian citizen applying for tourism purposes, you will likely need a short-stay tourist visa, which is commonly referred to as a Category C Visa.
  2. Book an Appointment: You can book an appointment for your visa application through the Gateway Management Company’s official website. Ensure that you select a suitable date and time for your appointment.
  3. Fill Out the Visa Application Form: Obtain the visa application form from the Gateway Management Company’s website. You can typically download the form or fill it out online, following the provided instructions.
  4. Collect the Required Documents: Assemble all the necessary documents for your Türkiye visitor visa application. These typically include: A valid passport, Two recent passport-size photographs, Completed visa application form, A valid travel insurance policy, Proof of accommodation, Evidence of sufficient funds and etc.
  5. Pay the Visa Fee: You can pay the visa fee either online or at the visa application center operated by the Gateway Management Company. Ensure that you make the payment as required.
  6. Attend the Visa Interview: You will be required to attend a visa interview at the Gateway Management Company’s visa application center. This is a crucial step in the visa application process, and you should be prepared to answer questions about your travel plans and intentions.
  7. Submit Your Application: After completing the interview and providing all necessary documents, you will submit your visa application to the Gateway Management Company. They will forward your application to the Turkish Embassy or Consulate for processing.
  8. Wait for a Decision: Once your application has been submitted, you will need to wait for a decision from the Turkish Embassy/Consulate. The processing time can vary, so be patient during this period.
  9. Visa Approval and Passport Collection: If your visa application is approved, you will receive your visa stamped in your passport. You can then collect your passport from the Gateway Management Company’s visa application center.

Important notes:

  • You can’t apply for sticker visas directly at the Turkish Embassy in New Delhi or the Consulates in Mumbai and Hyderabad.
  • Instead, you need to use an intermediary company called Gateway Management, which handles the submission and collection of sticker visa applications based on the location where the Embassy or Consulate has authority.

The process for applying for Turkish visitor visa from India typically involves the following steps:

  1. Visit the Türkiye e-Visa Website: Open your web browser and go to the official Türkiye e-Visa website.
  2. Click on the “Apply for e-Visa” Button: On the homepage of the e-Visa website, locate and click on the “Apply for e-Visa” or a similar button that initiates the application process.
  3. Select Your Nationality: From the drop-down menu provided, select your nationality. This step helps determine the specific requirements and fees for your e-Visa.
  4. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions: Carefully read the terms and conditions of the e-Visa application process. If you agree to them, you will usually be required to check a box or click a button to accept them.
  5. Click on the “Start Application” Button: After accepting the terms and conditions, click on the “Start Application” button to begin the e-Visa application process.
  6. Enter Your Personal Information: Fill out the application form with your personal details, which typically include your full name, passport number, date of birth, and other relevant information as requested.
  7. Upload Passport and Photo: You will be asked to upload scanned copies or clear photos of your passport and a recent passport-size photograph as specified in the guidelines.
  8. Answer Travel and Health Questions: Respond to any questions regarding your travel plans, such as your intended entry and exit dates from Turkey, and provide information related to your health or any other specific requirements.
  9. Pay the e-Visa Fee: Pay the e-Visa application fee using the available payment methods on the website. Make sure to follow the payment instructions carefully.
  10. Submit Your Application: Once you have completed all the required steps and paid the fee, submit your e-Visa application. You will receive a confirmation of your submission.
