Turkiye Biometric Appointments - Schedule Biometrics

Applicants are required to make a partial payment of INR 6814 from the total Turkey visa application fee when booking their appointments.

Please refrain from scheduling an online appointment if you are applying for an approved work visa category. Instead, send an email to helpline.india@gateway.com.tr.

Please be aware that individuals who intend to apply for a Turkish visa must schedule their appointments exclusively through our website. We will only accept applications with prior appointment bookings. Walk-in applicants will be accommodated solely as Premium Lounge/VIP applicants. During the appointment booking process, a portion of the total Turkey Visa fee (INR 6814) will be paid online, with the remaining amount to be settled in cash at our offices. For instance, if you are applying for a 3-month Turkish visa, you will pay INR 6814 online during the appointment booking. The remaining amount, which is INR 10,521 (17,335.00 – 6,814), should be paid in cash at our offices.

Please note that each individual applicant must book a separate appointment and submit a separate application. For example, if a family or group of five is applying for visas, they must book five separate appointments.

Appointments are in high demand, so we kindly request that applicants book their appointments well in advance based on their intended travel date to avoid any inconvenience.

If your payment is unsuccessful, you can schedule a new appointment only after waiting for 1 hour.
