Once a decision has been made on your visa application, you can either collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre or opt for courier delivery at an extra cost.

For in-person collection, bring the receipt from the Visa Application Centre and an official piece of identification. If permitted, you can authorize a representative to collect your passport by providing a signed authorization letter, the receipt from the Centre, and their government ID.
