You need to have the following documents:

  • A completed Form 14A (PDF, 202KB) signed by you. Your visa application will be based on the information given in this form, and ICA might ask for it later.
  • A recent passport-sized photo that is in color and taken within the last three months. You can refer to the Photo Guidelines for more information on photo requirements.
  • A photocopy of your passport biodata page that is valid for at least six months from the date you plan to enter Singapore.
  • Additional supporting documents Form V39A such as a Letter of Introduction for Visa Application (LOI) might be needed on a case-by-case basis.

The fee for processing your visa application is S$30, which is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or if you decide to withdraw your application after submitting it. Additionally, Authorised Visa Agents are allowed to charge an additional service fee of Rs.500 on top of the visa processing fee. All fees must be paid when you submit your visa application.

Your visa application will be reviewed within three working days, not including the day of submission. However, some applications may take longer to process. Each application will be evaluated based on its individual circumstances.

Please follow the instructions below to verify the status of your visa application. The same processes may be used to make a replica of your e-Visa if you previously had a valid visa but lost the one that came with it.

  • Scroll down the page and click on either "Enquire Application Status" or "Enquire Family Application Status" depending on your application type.
  • Enter your Visa Reference Number (DELXXXXXXSAXXXXXXXX) and Applicant's Travel Document Number (XXXXXXXX), and click "Next."
  • If your application is approved, click "Print e-Visa" to get a copy of your e-Visa.
